Anyone have any suggestions? Can a router even be set up by anyone without sight? Thanks.

I personally think they all are easy to setup.
You see, most, or all have a wizard, and 9 times out of 10 if you allow it to work, it will do your basics.
Signing on to the web address can finish your custome work.
Try the Netgear brand. They cost a bit, but are easy to setup.
You can try any. You have a few days to return them if you find it difficult.

Maybe try Actiontec. I have one of these, but have setup several different brands.
I prefer models that are both router, and modem in one box.
Less to deal with, and less to go wrong.

I have a Nighthawk router. It was easy to set up.
